WET BOTTOM SHOO-FLY PIE
1 cup dark brown sugar 2 cups flour
1 cup dark molasses 1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten 1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking soda pinch salt
1 tbsp flour 1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 cups boiling water 2 9" pie shells
Combine first column; chill. Mix second column to make crumbs. Pour wet
bottom mixture into unbaked crusts, put crumbs on top. Bake 350F 35-45
min.
